The IT PMO Manager structures, monitors, and enhances project governance across value streams and initiatives.
The role drives planning, reporting, risk management, and operational excellence to support informed leadership decisions and delivery commitments.
Governance and planning
- Define and implement governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
- Structure planning cycles, milestones, and execution follow-up.
- Ensure consistency across value streams and serve as a PMO best-practice reference.
Portfolio and risk management
- Consolidate and track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
- Provide structured stakeholder reports aligned with business needs and maintain reporting data quality.
- Assess cross-stream risks and dependencies, drive mitigation, and escalate potential delivery issues.
Continuous improvement
- Improve tools, templates, and ways of working for greater efficiency and consistency.
- Promote project management practices, operating-model maturity, process enhancements, and cross-functional alignment.
Ideal candidate
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in PMO, project, or program support roles; strong reporting, governance, and planning background.
- Able to work across teams and stakeholders, with analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in digital or IT environments.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
