About the Role

ManpowerGroup is seeking a proactive and customer-focused

IT Onsite Support / Infrastructure Specialist

to provide hands-on technical support to end-users in Dubai.

This is a

part-time role

, ideal for candidates looking for flexible working arrangements while contributing to a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
  • primary point of contact
  • for employees experiencing IT-related issues
  • Provide
  • 1st and 2nd level technical support
  • , diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain
  • desktop hardware and software
  • , ensuring optimal performance
  • Manage
  • Active Directory and Exchange accounts
  • , including user creation, modification, and access control
  • Support
  • VPN connectivity, switches, firewalls
  • , and other network infrastructure components
  • Maintain accurate
  • IT asset inventory
  • and ensure proper lifecycle management
  • Ensure compliance with
  • IT standards, policies, and security protocols
  • Deliver
  • training and user guidance
  • on IT systems and applications
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal or external teams
  • Provide
  • timely updates and communication
  • to end-users regarding incidents, progress, or outages

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 1 year of experience
  • in IT support or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of
  • IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • **Windows OS (Windows 10 & 11)**
  • **Microsoft Office & Office 365**
  • **PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals**
  • (printers, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Basic

Active Directory & Exchange administration

  • Familiarity with
  • ITIL processes
  • and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage
  • Exposure to
  • GMP/GxP environments
  • is a plus
  • **Fluency in English and Arabic**
  • (spoken and written)
  • Strong
  • customer service orientation
  • with a passion for IT support
  • Excellent
  • communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to
  • work independently
  • and adhere to structured processes
