Our client is hiring a
Field Service Executive
for a leading organization operating in the maritime services industry.
The role is responsible for executing onboard service, installation, and maintenance activities on vessels, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and strong customer coordination
This position reports to the Service Management team and involves frequent fieldwork in maritime environments.

- About the Requirements:
- Performing field service, installation, inspection, and maintenance activities on onboard connectivity and communication equipment
- Preparing and maintaining accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentationCompleting assigned tasks within agreed timelines and defined scope of work
- Coordinating directly with customers to ensure smooth execution and successful completion of assigned activities
- Working closely with internal support, operations, and project teams to resolve operational issues
- About you:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in maritime, offshore, or vessel-based service environments (preferred)
- Good understanding of equipment setup, system configuration, and general administration
- Experience working with yachts, commercial vessels, military vessels, or offshore installations is an advantageExposure to multinational customers is preferred
- Experience in ME countries i.e. UAE, KSA etc will be desirable

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure
- Physically fit to work in offshore and maritime environments, including lifting heavy equipment and accessing confined spaces

- Proactive approach to learning, self-development, and knowledge sharing
- Flexible and willing to perform additional tasks as required.
