Role overview

Corporate IT

• Run day-to-day network, server or cloud, end-user support, device, and access-management operations.
• Ensure employees have reliable, secure, well-supported technology.
• Manage IT service providers against agreed service levels.

Property IT and infrastructure

• Own portfolio technology including connectivity, CCTV, access control, fibre, and related infrastructure.
• Manage vendors, integrators, and service providers for property systems.
• Handle ongoing requirements, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Projects and processes

• Work with projects and development teams on technology design, setup, and handover for new buildings.
• Ensure systems are delivered, tested, and handed over into operations.
• Establish IT policies, processes, documentation, and asset management.
• Shift the function from reactive support to scalable, well-run operations.

Experience and capabilities

• Around 5–10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, end-user computing, and access management.
• Proven experience managing vendors and service providers.
• Experience delivering technology projects or implementations, ideally including new builds, fit-outs, or handovers.
• Able to operate both strategically and hands-on in a growing environment.

Preferred background and certifications

• Exposure to property or building technology such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling or fibre, connectivity, or ELV systems.
• Real estate, property development, hospitality, mixed-use, or facilities management background is a strong advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft 365/Azure are a plus.

Workplace

• Full-time and on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
