Minimum qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
Preferred skills
- Strong vendor relationship experience partnering together to support systems and deliver results
- Experience with leading Agile teams and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrated a strong learning aptitude
- Strong lean leadership skills
Compensation
- $148,320 - $170,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
