Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Act as a critical liaison between regional business teams, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure shared understanding and seamless execution.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level presentations, reports, and solution walkthroughs.
Project Management & Execution
- Support or lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including
- business cases, requirement documents, roadmaps, and delivery plans

- Track budgets, timelines, risks, and KPIs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and blockers across business and technical streams.

- Stay informed about emerging trends in

- Promote continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and encouraging experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience**
- in Business Analysis, IT, or technology-focused roles with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience working on
- digital transformation or technology-enabled projects
- .
- Solid knowledge of
- requirements gathering techniques, process modeling, UAT, and Agile delivery
- .
- Experience with
- AI tools, AR/VR platforms, or metaverse environments
- is highly desirable.
- Project management experience;
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or BA certifications
