About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled **IT Assistant** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, CCTV, audio devices, Microsoft 365 and other office equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and user issues in a timely manner.
- Support email, internet, and system access setup for employees.
- Maintain IT inventory and records of equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure data backup and basic security protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and CCTV is a must.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
