About This Role
Overview
Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and cctv system. scheduling, execution, and successful completion of assigned jobs
Sets up and configures desktop computers, peripherals, and accounts
Assigning security level to users
Train new users on the software working
Use ticketing system for solving user calls
Provides basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer equipment
Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, and implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
