About This Role
IT Administrator (with Office Maintenance Coordination)
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable IT Administrator who can keep our systems running smoothly while also coordinating office maintenance with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, systems, hardware, and software)
- Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for office maintenance (internet providers, equipment servicing, repairs, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain office IT assets and inventory
- Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (IT setup, access control)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting
- Experience coordinating with external service providers/vendors
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to technical issues
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Other relevant certifications preferred
- Can speak English (required) and Arabic (preferred)
