IT Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
Install and configure Windows OS and applications
Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
Support LAN And WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity
Handle IT tickets and user requests
Perform system updates, backups, and basic security checks
Assist in network devices (routers, switches, firewall)
Provide remote support when required
Required Skills
Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience With Microsoft 365 And Outlook
Basic understanding of routers, switches, firewalls
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support
