Overview
- Administer and maintain Windows-based servers, user workstations, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Support Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
- Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, printers, and basic networking.
- Handle front-line deskside support and urgent incident response.
- Set up new joiners, hardware swaps, peripherals, and MDM enrollment.
- Assist with monitoring network performance, security updates, and antivirus management.
- Support regular backups and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage access control, biometric enrollment, and office cabling/moves.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and support records.
- Coordinate with local vendors, DU (telecom), and service providers for deliveries, support, and licensing.
- Participate in on-call/after-hours rotation for urgent issues (triage & escalate).
