Looking for an experienced ISO Certification & Accreditation Specialist with strong practical knowledge of ISO standards, certification processes, documentation, implementation, internal audits, and accreditation requirements.
The selected candidate should support organizations from initial gap assessment through documentation, implementation, audit preparation, certification, and ongoing compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ISO certification and accreditation projects from start to completion.
- Conduct gap assessments against applicable ISO standards.
- Prepare policies, procedures, SOPs, manuals, forms, records, and supporting documentation.
- Develop and implement management systems according to ISO requirements.
- Conduct or coordinate internal audits and management reviews.
- Identify non-conformities and prepare corrective and preventive action plans.
- Prepare organizations for Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits.
- Coordinate with certification bodies and accreditation-related organizations when required.
- Train employees and management on ISO requirements and compliance responsibilities.
- Maintain documentation and support surveillance and recertification audits.
Preferred Standards Experience
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management System.
- ISO 13485 – Medical Devices Quality Management System.
- ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System.
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
- ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management System.
- ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System.
- ISO 17025 – Testing & Calibration Laboratories.
- ISO 15189 – Medical Laboratories.
- HACCP / Food Safety Certification.
- Other internationally recognized ISO standards and accreditation systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience in ISO certification, implementation, auditing, or accreditation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO documentation and management-system requirements.
- Ability to independently prepare professional compliance documentation.
- Experience dealing with certification bodies will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, Quality Management, or related certifications are preferred.

- Candidates are required to submit their CV, a list of relevant ISO standards they have experience with, and examples of successful certification or accreditation projects.
Pay and Work Location
- Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per hour.
- Work Location: In person.
