IS Data and Reporting Analyst

Role Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Administer ReportsNow and ensure governance, data integrity and controlled report distribution.
• Manage report standards, naming conventions, scheduling processes and access controls.
• Translate stakeholder reporting needs into structured analytical solutions.
• Design, review and optimize dashboards, KPIs and operational reports.
• Analyze and resolve reporting issues in line with service levels.
• Provide technical guidance for complex reporting needs and train users in self-service reporting.
• Review shared reports, monitor scheduled jobs and maintain reporting documentation.
• Identify reporting process improvements and automate recurring analysis.

Education and Experience

• BS or BA degree is required.
• At least four years of IT Business Analyst experience focused on data and reporting is required.
• Experience supporting ERP reporting solutions is required; JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL for analysis, troubleshooting and queries is required.
• Understanding of data structures, ERP data models and Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales processes is required.
• ReportsNow experience is preferred; similar BI tools such as Power BI or Hubble are accepted.
• User training or workshop facilitation is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow or OTRS service-management processes is requested.

Travel

• The global role covers all TMS sites and may require up to 10% domestic and international day or overnight travel.
