Engineer - Quality Management Systems

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and communicate internal management system audits, 7S audits, and management review meetings.
• Maintain management system documentation and collect KPI data for quality, environmental, and safety processes.
• Participate in audits, corrective action processes, customer assessments, and customer scorecard updates.
• Support management reviews, prepare minutes, and follow up on management review action plans.
• Train employees on management systems and 7S, and coordinate external management system training.
• Support PFMEA, control plan, work instruction, and format creation and review.
• Coordinate environmental aspect register and hazard identification and risk assessment updates.
• Support training activities in the training academy.

Education and experience

• Graduate degree in Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience, preferably involving management system activities.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and auditing.
• Knowledge of maintaining and retaining management system documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Knowledge of AIAG Core Tools and lean techniques such as 5S and Kaizen.
