Trelleborg India Private Limited, (Business Unit: Trelleborg Sealing Solutions) headquartered at Bangalore is a leading sealing solution provider in India. The company with about 800+ employees across India has been successful in creating strong footholds in the Sealing market of the country.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator to join our Production team. The role is responsible for setting, operating, and monitoring CNC turning machines to manufacture precision sealing components in line with engineering drawings, control plans, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- CNC Operation & Setup : Operate and set up CNC machines as per technical drawings and production requirements.
- Quality Control & Inspection: Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Process & Production Support: Support production activities, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure smooth workflow to meet production targets.
- Safety & Compliance : Follow workplace safety procedures, machine operating guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Education & Experience
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
1–3 years of experience in CNC Turning operations , including tool setting, insert selection, and understanding of tool life.
Experience in machining/turning of metal or polymer
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, control plans, and work instructions .
Fluent in Kannada and English.
Behavioral Competencies

Ability to work in shifts and with minimal supervision .
