Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Investment Director to lead investment strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio management for a leading real estate development company in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying high-value opportunities, executing transactions, and maximizing returns on real estate investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute real estate investment strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new investment and development opportunities
- Lead financial modeling, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals
- Conduct due diligence including financial, legal, and technical assessments
- Structure and negotiate investment deals, joint ventures, and partnerships
- Manage acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio performance
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity
- Present investment proposals and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and key partners
- Oversee funding strategies, including debt and equity financing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in real estate investment or asset management
- Strong background in real estate development and investment transactions
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with investment funds, private equity, or real estate developers
- Strong network within the regional real estate and investment community
