Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Real Estate Development to lead and manage end-to-end real estate development projects in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, feasibility, design, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of real estate development projects from concept to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling
- Identify and evaluate new development opportunities and investment prospects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall performance
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and approvals
- Oversee design development, value engineering, and project optimization
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present development reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and regulatory environment
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Expertise in project management, feasibility analysis, and financial planning
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with developers, investment firms, or large real estate groups
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and development strategies
