- 1–4+ years’ experience in equity research, investment banking, asset management, or private equity on behalf of a top-tier firm
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to assess business quality and long term value
- Demonstrated academic excellence and a genuine passion for fundamental public markets investing
- Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to form independent, well reasoned views
