Role Description

The Chief People Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading the overall people strategy and culture of the organization.

This role oversees all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.

The Chief People Officer will partner with senior leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business objectives, drive employee engagement, and promote an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding HR teams, analyzing workforce data, optimizing HR processes, advising leaders on organizational design, and leading initiatives related to employee experience, learning and development, and change management.

The role also includes overseeing compensation and benefits frameworks in collaboration with finance and ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with the organization’s values.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement, with a proven ability to build trust, address concerns fairly, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent and ensure objective, consistent evaluation processes.
  • Deep knowledge of HR Policies and employment law, including the ability to design, implement, and maintain compliant and equitable HR frameworks.
  • Extensive leadership experience in senior HR roles, preferably as a Head of HR, VP People, or C-level HR leader in complex or multi-location organizations.
  • Proven track record in organizational development, change management, and scaling HR operations aligned with business growth.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use HR metrics and data to inform strategy and measure impact.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams.
  • Experience working in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with local labor regulations; prior on-site leadership experience in Dubai is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM
