Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to support the daily HR operations of the organization.
The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance-related activities while ensuring smooth coordination with employees and management.
Candidates with familiarity or exposure to UAE Central Bank regulations and compliance requirements will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and file management.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases.
- Support visa processing, labour documentation, and HR compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives when required.
- Assist management with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience in the UAE.
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
- Familiarity with UAE Central Bank regulations and compliance processes is highly preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Presentable and professional communication skills.
- Experience handling employee documentation and compliance processes.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
