Role overview

Client delivery and practice development

• Lead end-to-end advanced analytics and AI projects, including data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and generative AI applications.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and steering committees; turn complex data and AI concepts into actionable business recommendations.
• Design analytical solutions such as pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools, and build data-backed business cases.
• Develop reusable offerings and assets; contribute expertise to proposals, pitches, opportunity assessments, and client solutions.
• Coach junior team members, lead delivery teams, build internal tools and knowledge assets, and support recruitment and capability building.

Experience and education

• Requires 5–6+ years in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting and a track record of client-facing project delivery.
• Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Requires experience leading client engagements and teams and delivering project outcomes in data and analytics.

Technical and consulting skills

• Requires strong experience in analysis, visualization, and data transformation tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel, as well as hands-on Python for analytics, automation, or AI workflows.
• Cloud platforms or modern data ecosystems are desired; practical exposure to AI and generative AI tools such as LLMs, APIs, retrieval systems, or workflow orchestration is also desired.
• Requires the ability to translate procurement and supply-chain problems into scalable analytics and AI solutions and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English is required.

Travel

• Travel to client sites and Inverto teams is required as projects need; some assignments may involve significant client-site travel.
