Full-time International Service Coordinator supporting service operations across multiple teams and locations.
The role combines service coordination, customer support, operations, record keeping, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activities and act as a point of contact for customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Track requests, follow-ups, pending actions, deadlines, and completion status.
- Maintain records, trackers, reports, documentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments; respond to queries and provide service updates.
- Follow up on commitments, escalate issues, and prepare status reports and basic operational analysis.
- Support email, filing, data entry, document control, and cross-functional service delivery.
Requirements
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant service coordination, customer service, administration, or operational support experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Proactive and customer-focused, with sound judgment about escalation and the ability to work independently with international teams.
