Role Description

The International Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

This role involves managing international client portfolios, promoting and leasing residential and commercial properties, and guiding clients through the full sales and leasing cycle.

Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing offers and lease agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate listings and marketing materials.

The consultant will maintain ongoing relationships with residents and investors to support retention, handle inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and provide market insights to help clients make informed decisions.

The role also requires regular reporting on sales and leasing activities, adherence to company processes and local regulations, and active participation in team meetings and training programs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration, including preparing, reviewing, and explaining lease terms to clients.
  • Experience in Resident Retention and customer relationship management, with a focus on building long-term client trust.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse international clients.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably within the UAE or international markets.
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends in Abu Dhabi and wider UAE.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and meet performance targets.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
