Role Description

The Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales and leasing process, including prospecting, property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions.

The consultant will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners, provide market insights and investment advice, and ensure high levels of resident retention and client satisfaction.

Daily activities include preparing and reviewing lease documents, coordinating with internal teams, staying updated on market trends and new developments, and representing VIP in a professional and ethical manner.

The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and leasing processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in property leases and lease administration, with the ability to manage documentation, renewals, and compliance effectively.
  • Proven experience in resident retention, including building strong client relationships and implementing strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the capacity to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and present information clearly and professionally.
  • Track record in sales and leasing within the real estate sector in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
  • Solid knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and developer offerings.
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
