About the Role
- This internship will be for a
- fixed period of 6 months
- within the various team with BDO UAE.
- The intern will be assigned to one of the following projects, with the opportunity to effectively collaborate and support senior associates and stakeholders.
- **2 Interns for Abu Dhabi**
About You
- Support engagement teams in completing assigned tasks and coordinate with seniors to understand engagement requirements and deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on the status of assigned tasks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in all assigned work.
- Respond promptly and accurately to requests and queries from team members and supervisors.
- Assist in preparing and organizing working papers and documentation, ensuring proper communication and handovers to seniors.
- Actively participate in team discussions, contribute ideas, and consider feedback from team members.
- Demonstrate a learning mindset, curiosity, and openness to feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Take ownership of personal development, seek guidance when needed, and build confidence in working with peers and senior team members.
- Foster positive working relationships by collaborating effectively and treating colleagues with professionalism and respect.

- Ideal candidates will have
- **A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field**
- , and be pursuing or planning to pursue professional qualifications
(e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA)
- .
- **Proficiency in Arabic**
- (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn.
- **Good communication and interpersonal skills,**
- with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is an advantage
