In this role, you will work closely with the Controlling and Management team, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational topics across the MEA region.

You will support data-driven analysis, process optimization, and reporting activities, while gradually taking ownership of clearly defined tasks and sub-projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and continuous improvements of KPIs.
  • Support the development and optimization of dashboards (e.g., in Power BI).
  • Perform data analysis (e.g., using SQL, Python).
  • Assist in the creation and documentation of process guidelines (SOPs) and policies.
  • Take ownership of small, clearly define process-related tasks.
  • Support selected projects within the MEA 2030 strategy.
  • Contribution to analyses and preparation of decisions-making materials.
  • Your Profile **You contribute**
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Initial experience or strong interest in Finance/Controlling.
  • Strong Excel skills, Power BI and experience in SAP FI/CO.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate or similar robotic automation tools (RPA) will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in strategic and business-related topics.
  • Interest in data analysis and business processes.
  • Ability to present complex topics in a clear and structured way.
