- The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Support the coordination and delivery of training programs including the Welcome Program, bespoke trainings, FLASH briefings, and departmental cross-training to ensure colleagues are equipped with the right skills.
- Support the L&D Manager in achieving training targets by tracking and reporting on NPS scores, training hours, and departmental progress, while maintaining the L&D library and resources.
- Help to oversee learning systems and administrative processes including the Learning Management System, Talent Management System, training calendars, CAPEX/purchase requisitions, and training room setup.
- Ensure training quality and consistency by observing departmental trainers, conducting spot checks, and delivering guidance to maintain high standards across the resort.
- Liaise with different departments, communicating training initiatives, representing the L&D team at meetings, and supporting HR tasks as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and special projects by assisting with departmental projects, updating notice boards/plasma screens, and assisting with other reasonable duties assigned by management.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree
- Fluent in English
- Train the Trainer, or equivalent
- Competent and experienced in the delivery of front-line level colleague courses
- At least intermediate level of Microsoft Office applications
