Secret Gardens LLC seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support procurement for landscaping and construction projects.

The role supports sourcing materials, supplier coordination, purchasing, and tender-related activities.

Responsibilities

Assist with supplier sourcing and quotation requests for materials, equipment, and services.
Compare quotations, pricing, and payment terms to support purchasing decisions.
Help prepare purchase orders, tender documents, and procurement reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on quotations, documents, and delivery schedules.
Maintain supplier databases, price lists, contracts, and procurement records.
Assist with tender submission reviews and evaluation documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams on material requirements and specifications.
Help verify materials meet quality standards and project specifications.
Follow up on orders and deliveries, and support procurement administration.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage documents and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Interest in landscaping, construction, purchasing, and supplier management.
Previous procurement internship or experience is advantageous but not required.
