Intermediate Analyst, Operational Analytics

Work arrangement

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and data extracts; ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify trends and variances, and escalate observations to the Senior Manager.
• Gather data and perform initial analysis for root-cause investigations and operational problem-solving.
• Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc analysis, data modeling, scenario evaluation, and defined analytical tasks.
• Respond to operational stakeholders’ requests and communicate clear, accurate findings.
• Improve analytical methods, reporting tools, and data processes; stay current with analysis and visualization practices.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 6 years of program or project management experience, preferably in analytics, guest experience, operations, or a service-oriented industry.
• Intermediate Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills; Power Automate or Tableau experience is an asset.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives, matrixed environments, competing priorities, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong change-management and transformation skills, including supporting adoption and process improvement.
• Guest experience strategies, service design, or airline operations familiarity is an asset; journey mapping and guest experience mapping tool knowledge is sought.
• Aviation regulatory environment familiarity is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, strategic, and operational thinking; high integrity and commitment to quality results.
