- Provide color consultation and design advice to customers, project stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate color schemes, finishes, textures, and decorative solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial projects.
- Prepare color presentations, mood boards, and design proposals tailored to project requirements.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate lighting conditions, architectural elements, and project needs.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, color forecasting, and decorative finishing techniques.
- Support sales and business development activities by providing technical and aesthetic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Deliver product presentations, workshops, and design-focused customer engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, design initiatives, and market development activities.
- Maintain records of consultations, project specifications, and customer requirements.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely follow-up on project opportunities.
