Required Experience
- 12–15+ years in banking integration and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in a large core banking transformation.
- Strong knowledge of the BIAN Service Landscape, Service Domains, and BIAN semantic APIs.
- Experience with modular APIs, API management, microservices, Kafka/event streaming, and cloud-native platforms.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted architecture and modern engineering tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the target integration architecture.
- Establish BIAN service domains and API boundaries.
- Govern Experience, Capability, and System API patterns.
- Define synchronous and event-driven integration standards.
- Lead decomposition of legacy ESB services.
- Ensure resilience, security, observability, and regulatory alignment.
- Apply AI-assisted practices across architecture, documentation, and the development lifecycle.
