Supervise insulation activities at a project site in an oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial setting.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily insulation activities at the project site.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment; monitor progress and timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and site safety requirements.
- Maintain work records, reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, HSE personnel, and other trades.
- Identify and resolve site issues affecting work progress.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum five years of relevant insulation experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.
- Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of insulation materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and understand isometric drawings and technical specifications.
- Leadership, communication, and manpower management skills are required.
- Valid Qatar ID or transferable visa is described as preferred/required depending on project eligibility.
- Qatar oil and gas project experience is preferred.
Pay
- QAR 3,400–4,500 per month.
