Full-time, on-site Valve Technician role based in Doha, Qatar.
Performs industrial valve inspection, repair, overhaul, testing, and calibration in the workshop and at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial valves in the workshop and at customer sites.
- Conduct functional tests, calibration, and adjustments; ensure valves meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and document work in test reports and service records.
- Collaborate with field service teams, follow company procedures and safety guidelines, and support maintenance and overhaul process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong industrial valve repair and overhaul skills and field service experience, including on-site inspections and repairs.
- Knowledge of process control systems and ability to calibrate valves and related instrumentation.
- Troubleshooting ability for mechanical and control-related valve issues.
- A relevant mechanical, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance diploma or certification is preferred.
- Power, energy, or related industrial experience is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, follow work instructions, and meet safety and quality standards; attention to detail and teamwork.
