Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily insulation activities at the project site.
- Ensure insulation work follows approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment; monitor progress and support timely task completion.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and site safety requirements.
- Maintain work records, reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, HSE personnel, and other trades; resolve site issues affecting progress.
Qualifications and requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant insulation experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors.
- Previous supervisory experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of insulation materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
- Oil and gas project experience in Qatar is preferred.
Pay
- QAR 3,500–4,000 per month.
