Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Saudi National Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
- He/She will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and setting up meetings or demos for our sales team.

- Objectives of this Role:
- Generate and qualify leads to build a pipeline of potential customers.
- Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities
- 1. **Lead Generation and Qualification:**
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and target accounts.
- Initiate outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- 1. **Prospect Outreach:**
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage potential customers.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to connect with prospects.
- 1. **Collaboration with Sales Team:**
- Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Share insights and feedback from prospect interactions to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations as needed.
- 1. **CRM Management:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and qualifications.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM system.
- 1. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about industry trends, market development, and competitor activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales development process.

- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
