Role Purpose
Handle customer enquiries and coordinate sourcing, quotations, purchasing, and orders to fulfil customer needs.
This hands-on commercial role involves follow-up with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer enquiries by email and telephone; clarify specifications, quantities, and delivery needs.
- Source products and compare supplier quotations on price, availability, lead time, and terms.
- Prepare and send customer quotations and follow up for order decisions.
- Negotiate with suppliers where appropriate and coordinate purchasing requirements and purchase orders.
- Check orders against quotations and confirm prices, specifications, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with sales, suppliers, warehouse, and logistics through fulfilment and delivery.
- Update customers and resolve routine discrepancies or delays; maintain records and track pending quotations, purchases, and deliveries.
- Escalate matters requiring a decision.
Experience and Language
- Two years of experience in industrial trading, MRO, or engineering supplies is required.
- Tagalog speakers are preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
