Lead inside sales and drive business growth for IT services and solutions.
Applicants should have sales experience based in IT or SaaS.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end inside sales, including lead conversion, nurturing, and closing for IT SaaS, mobile apps, and web apps.
- Manage outbound sales through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams to convert qualified leads.
- Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate, and follow up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in IT inside sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead conversion.
- Ability to handle international clients and direct sales processes.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities.
