Seeking an experienced, results-driven candidate to lead inside sales and grow the employer’s IT services and solutions business.
Candidates with sales experience based on SaaS, web development, or mobile app development are specifically sought.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end inside sales, including lead conversion, nurturing, and closing for IT SaaS, mobile apps, and web apps.
- Manage outbound sales through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams to convert qualified leads.
- Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate, and follow up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in IT inside sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT software solutions and digital products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead conversion.
- Ability to handle international clients and direct sales processes.
- Target-oriented mindset and strong leadership abilities.
Pay
- AED 7,000–12,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
