Inside Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects from company-provided leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Pitch suitable services based on client needs, build rapport, and handle questions and objections.
• Follow up consistently, maintain lead and conversion records, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams on lead conversion and client onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong command of English and excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Confident telephone manner; able to pitch, influence prospects, and handle objections and rejection.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remain productive remotely.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, business development, sales, or client acquisition is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000–2,300 per month.
