Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided and other potential leads by phone and additional communication channels.
- Pitch services in line with client requirements, recommend suitable offerings and build rapport.
- Handle client questions, concerns and objections; follow up to advance prospects through the sales process.
- Record calls, follow-ups, leads and conversions accurately and meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams on lead conversion and client onboarding.
Requirements
- Strong command of English and excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Confident telephone manner; able to pitch, influence prospects and handle rejection positively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Sales, telesales, telecalling, business development, inside sales or client acquisition experience is preferred.
- Able to work independently with reliable internet and a suitable remote-work setup.
Work arrangement
