Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as an Information Technology Support Specialist is based in Dubai.
The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, ensuring cybersecurity protocols are adhered to, and assisting with IT upgrades.
The role involves collaborating with team members to address technical challenges, ensuring seamless technology operations and contributing to problem-solving efforts in the organization.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, network support, and system maintenance
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and experience implementing IT security measures
- Proficiency in IT support systems, diagnosing issues, and providing prompt solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to handle technical documentation and maintain IT inventory
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially within the real estate industry, is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments
