Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain IT systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Assist in software development, system integration, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Support database management, cybersecurity, and data backup processes
- Coordinate with users and departments for IT support requirements
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment
- Assist in testing, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions
- Maintain system records, technical documentation, and reports
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- 0–5 years of IT/technical support/software engineering experience
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may apply
- Knowledge of programming, networking, databases, and system support
