- We're looking for an entry-level IT Specialist who is hands-on, eager to learn, and already has a solid foundation in both hardware and software — with a strong focus on Odoo.
- What you'll be doing:
- Managing and supporting our Odoo ERP/CRM system (setup, configuration, user support)
- Handling day-to-day IT operations — hardware, software, network, and devices
- Supporting onboarding and internal system setup for new team members
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining system documentation and IT processes
- Coordinating with external vendors when needed
- What we're looking for:
- Working knowledge of Odoo (any module experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of standard IT hardware and software
- Familiarity with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills — you'll be supporting non-technical users
- Proactive, organised, and reliable
- 1–2 years of experience or a relevant IT degree/diploma
- This is not a senior role, it's an opportunity for someone ready to grow inside a fast-moving real estate company and own the IT function from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Administration, Information Technology, and maintaining IT systems
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
- Knowledge of Network Security to ensure proper safeguards and data protection
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide technical assistance and support to internal teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
- Previous experience in the real estate or property management sector is advantageous
