Overview
- تعلن وزارة الثقافة عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير مشاريع تقنية المعلومات يشترط في المرشح امتلاك خبرة في إدارة وتنفيذ المشاريع التقنية، والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، وإدارة فرق العمل لا تقل عن 8 سنوات ، مع معرفة بالبنية التحتية، والأنظمة والتطبيقات المؤسسية، والشبكات، والأمن السيبراني، وآليات التكامل بين الأنظمة. كما يتطلب الدور مهارات عالية في القيادة، والتواصل، وإدارة المخاطر، وإعداد التقارير التنفيذية لضمان كفاءة تنفيذ المشاريع وتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- المهام الوظيفية الرئيسية :
- استقطاب الشركات والمؤسسات المنفذة للمشاريع وتقييمها وفقا لمعايير الاختيار ، واجراء المقارنات المعيارية مع مثيلاتها.
- تنفيذ دراسات الجدوى للمشاريع المقترحة وتحليل نتائجها ورفعها للرئيس المباشر.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية حول نتائج مؤشرات الأداء و معايير الجودة لمخرجات المشروع.
- إعداد الدراسات المعيارية والمقارنات المرجعية للمشاريع وطرق تنفيذها وفق أفضل الممارسات بالتنسيق مع الوحدات المختصة.
- إعداد العقود والتفاوض حول إعادة النظر والتحقق من مصداقية التغييرات والإضافات في الاتفاقيات مع الموردين والاستشاريين والعملاء.
- التأكد من الالتزام بتنفيذ إجراءات المشاريع وتحقيق نسب الإنجاز المحددة.
- تصميم خطط المشاريع الفنية ومواعيد الإنجاز والموازنات المالية اللازمة.
- تصميم واقتراح خطط المشاريع ومواعيد الإنجاز والموازنات المالية اللازمة.
- تنفيذ عمليات المتابعة والرقابة الدورية على استخدامات الموارد المخصصة للمشاريع وتوثيق نتائجها ورفعها لمدير المشاريع.
- معاينة ومراجعة المشاريع لمراقبة الالتزام بالمواصفات والأهداف الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية والقوانين ذات العلاقة.
- إدارة ومتابعة المشاريع التقنية المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية، والأنظمة، والتطبيقات، والشبكات، والخدمات التقنية، وضمان تكامل الأنظمة المؤسسية ومواءمتها مع متطلبات العمل.
- متابعة تطبيق متطلبات الأمن السيبراني وإدارة المخاطر التقنية المرتبطة بالمشاريع لضمان استمرارية وكفاءة الخدمات.
- قيادة فرق العمل والتنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية والخارجية لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع وفق الخطط والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة.
- إعداد ورفع التقارير التنفيذية الدورية الخاصة بسير المشاريع ومؤشرات الأداء لدعم اتخاذ القرار وتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- المؤهل العلمي :
- ماجستير-إدارة المشاريع .
- ماجستير-تقنية المعلومات
- بكالوريوس-إدارة المشاريع
- بكالوريوس-تقنية المعلومات
- الشهادات المهنية:
- PMP – Project Management Professional
- PRINCE2
- ITIL
