Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Officer, located in Doha, Qatar.
The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, managing and maintaining network systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.
Additional duties include troubleshooting technical issues, addressing system administration needs, and ensuring the organization's technology framework aligns with operational and security requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support
- Strong experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of Network Administration for efficient and secure communication systems
- Expertise in System Administration, monitoring, and maintaining server environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in similar IT roles in a professional setting
