Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
IT Project Coordinator
to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of IT projects across the organization.
The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, supporting quality assurance testing, preparing project documentation, and assisting senior project managers in day-to-day project operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong project coordination skills, hands-on experience with project management tools, excellent reporting capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
1. Project Coordination & Tracking
- Track project progress against scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and follow-ups
- Assist senior project managers in project execution and governance
- Manage small-sized projects independently when required
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule
2. Project Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain:
- Project plans
- Status reports
- Risk and issue logs
- Meeting minutes
- Action trackers
- Develop executive summaries, dashboards, and management presentations
- Generate regular management and project progress reports
3. PM Tools & Process Management
- Utilize project management and tracking tools such as:
- Planview (preferred)
- JIRA
- Support project governance and process standardization initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO/project management function
4. Quality Assurance & Testing Support
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA activities
- Prepare and execute test scripts and test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects/bugs
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for issue resolution and retesting
5. Training & Procedure Documentation
- Prepare:
- User guides
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Training materials
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions for new systems and processes
6. Demand & Resource Coordination
- Support demand management activities
- Assist in resource and capacity planning processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track project resource utilization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 Foundation (preferred)
- Agile / Scrum exposure preferred
- Experience in PMO or enterprise IT project environments preferred
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in:
• IT Project Coordination
- PMO support
- QA/UAT support
- IT project reporting and documentation
