As we continue to scale, we are looking for a
reliable and proactive IT Administrator
to support our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless system performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain
- company IT systems, hardware, and networks
- Provide
- technical support
- to staff (laptops, desktops, printers, CRM systems, emails, etc.)
- Handle
- user accounts, access control, and system setup
- for new joiners
- Support and manage CRM platforms (e.g.,
Bitrix24
- ) and internal tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure
- minimal downtime
- Coordinate with external vendors for
- IT services and maintenance
- Maintain
- data security, backups, and system updates
- Ensure smooth functioning of office tech infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum
- 1–2 years of experience
- in IT support or administration
- Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Networking basics
- CRM systems (preferred: Bitrix24)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a
- fast-paced, dynamic environment
