Information Security Engineer
Role Overview
• Develop and enforce endpoint security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on security best practices to other IT and network teams.
• Implement security solutions to safeguard against malware, ransomware, and other security threats.
• Implement and manage endpoint protection solutions to safeguard against malware, ransomware, and other security threats.
• Lead end-to-end security projects covering design, implementation, testing, and documentation
• Designs, presents, troubleshoots, and implements cloud infrastructure compliance and/or privacy solutions for architecture within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure products
• Designs, documents and creates Microsoft 365 solution integrations for security and compliance
• Perform proof of concept testing of new security technologies to evaluate their effectiveness and feasibility.
• Design and implement data loss prevention (DLP) and encryption solutions to protect sensitive information stored in cloud platforms.
• Partner with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) teams to address security audit findings and implement remediation plans.
