Role Overview
The Senior Analyst supports the Digital Category Experience team in driving category-level revenue, customer conversion, and long-term digital growth.
The role provides insights, optimizes digital experiences, and identifies high-impact opportunities for business improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor business metrics including AOV, conversion, traffic, revenue, and margin against AOP targets.
- Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analyses, and maintain dashboards and automated reporting.
- Perform deep-dive analyses across funnels, customer behavior, product trends, category performance, and competitive benchmarks.
- Use SQL, Python, and BI tools to analyze data and develop forecasting, segmentation, and business models.
- Own analytical projects end-to-end and execute recurring analytical workstreams with accuracy and discipline.
- Collaborate with product, category, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support shared outcomes.
- Present complex analyses clearly and provide context, implications, and recommended actions.
- Offer analytical guidance to junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Required skills include Excel, SQL, Python or R, and a visualization tool.
- The role requires data analysis, insight generation, statistical modeling, retail knowledge, and ecommerce or digital analytics.
- Communication, problem solving, industry trend knowledge, and presentation skills are required.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of relevant experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required.
