Develop, deliver, and communicate in-store visual concepts that promote the brand, products, and services.
Train and coach store teams on merchandising and daily, weekly, and seasonal visual presentation tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store, creating displays that also support commercial sales opportunities.
- Implement brand visual merchandising standards and coordinate displays with brand guidelines and strategy.
- Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
- Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and store layouts according to the layout guide.
- Photograph each change to merchandise displays and use creative lighting in windows.
- Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise the store as trends develop.
- Create category-based store layouts and ensure merchandise is properly presented.
- Collect reviews and feedback on merchandise.
- Work with operations, brand management, the VM Manager, and sales teams to support commercial goals.
- Participate in store pre-openings and visit stores to ensure brand standards are implemented.
- Research current market trends and lifestyles.
